In the light of the country's general policy of developing El Ain Al Sokhna and emphasis the port's role in the area, a great highway project way launched which is considered the first of it's kind in Egypt with no intersection along the body 120 Kilometers; this road was constructed under the surveillance of the Egyptian Army Force in an exceptional time-frame record (20 months) and a total cost of 300 Million Egyptian Pounds.
